Hiab Austria GmbH is expanding its presence in the Vienna metropolitan area with a new location in Oeynhausen, south of Vienna, set to open in early 2025. This flagship location reinforces Hiab’s commitment to its “route-to-market” strategy, providing enhanced service capacity and local support for customers in Austria’s most economically dynamic region.

The new Oeynhausen facility will offer the full Hiab portfolio – sales, service, and installations – in a single, modern workshop featuring five service bays. Customers can expect faster, more efficient service built to OEM standards, ensuring reliability and quality. This expansion is key for Hiab as it meets growing demand across industries like construction, waste and recycling, and logistics.

“With the opening of our workshop in Oeynhausen, we are reaffirming our long-term strategy to ensure customer proximity and first-class service. Our goal is to meet the growing demands of our customers by optimising service capacity and increasing availability,” explains Ron de Vries, Managing Director of Hiab Austria GmbH. This expansion follows the recent merger of Hiab Austria and Hiab Germany, modelled on successful market expansions in Germany.
