Terms and Conditions

All purchases from Hiab shall be governed by the applicable General Terms and Conditions (the "Conditions") based on the customer country as set out in the list below. The General Sales Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries of equipment, products and other goods and/or performance of services by Hiab to the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Hiab Webshop Terms and Conditions apply specifically to purchases made from the Hiab Webshop. The Conditions may be superseded or amended only by a separate written agreement entered into and executed by the parties.

In the event that Hiab and the customer have an existing written distribution, service or other agreement specifically covering the sale and purchase of the same equipment, products and/or other goods and/or performance of services purchased by the customer from Hiab, then such agreement shall apply.

Hiab reserves the right at its sole discretion to amend, modify or alter the Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Please note that you must be a legal entity in order to purchase from the Hiab Webshop and registration and account creation requirements might apply. The products purchased from Hiab are not intended for personal or consumer use and orders from consumers are not accepted.
